I took initiative to re-design the homebuyer upgrade guide in response to buyer feedback requesting a simplified holistic guide.  This re-design helped ease buyers minds by presenting them with upgrade checklists and all options upfront. It also streamlined the sales process and freed up time previously spent explaining upgrades over multiple emails and phone calls to buyers. These options shows are just a sampling of the expansive options included in the sales guide.
