HIGHLAND HOMES DIGITAL CONTENT 

I wanted to streamline the sales process for the both the sales team and the buyers. With so many options and questions throughout the build process, I created external content to simply the guidelines and upgrade options available to buyers.

THE PRODUCE MARKET

Aramark sends out annual surveys for each campus with the hopes of engaging students with feedback.  I was able to take the survey plan and improve survey participation.  From there, my marketing duties included problem solved by creating new promotions and brand concepts in response to customer feedback, such as the Produce Market.

WE HEARD YOU CAMPAIGN

Another prominent dissatisfaction among students at Bradley was people feeling their voices haven't been heard. We developed this campaign in order to showcase students concerns and how we were going to correct them. 

HIGHLAND HOMES SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT 

In addition to my sales and administrative duties, I created and maintained a social media presence for the Sales Community to facilitate alternative lead generation. In order to increase profile visibility, I ran targeted ads, as well as implemented promotions to create relationships with realtors.

Social Media was the most rewarding task I took on during my internship. This was my first glimpse at running my own social media account, creating campaigns to increase sales, and allowed me to find creative ways to connect and engage with our customers.
