When I took on managing the Instagram account for @Bradleydining, it was a whole new experience.  I had only known social media from personal use, so I did a lot of research on the best times to post, current trends in my industry, and competitive intelligence.  I learned which types of posts performed well and had the highest engagement and added more to my content calendar.  I used that to stay up to date on campus events, current campaigns, and specials we were running.  Overall, I increased customer engagement within the campus community by 122%.
